All of our products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, to discontinue offering certain products. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be made to the delivery address supplied when completing your online order.
A delivery date and time will be confirmed via email. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order during the communicated delivery times. Veggiewors reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if re-delivery is required at our quoted delivery rates.
By signing the courier waybill for the receipt of the order, the customer acknowledges the order has been received in good order. Any third-party at the delivery address who signs the courier waybill is presumed to be authorised to receive such delivery. You, and any third-party you appoint, are responsible for inspecting all products you receive from us for damage or other issues upon delivery. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, they should be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery.
REFUND POLICY
As our products are perishable goods, they are exempt from return unless they are faulty or damaged. If you have reason to believe a product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, contact us immediately via email at orders@veggiewors.co.za or via telephone. Goods will only be accepted for return by prior arrangement with management. We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty or damaged product. We may request photographic documentation of the faulty or damaged product.
Once your request for a refund is processed we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection. If your request is accepted, we will provide a replacement, credit or refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
